I am interested in supporting individuals to participate in occupations that are meaningful for them.
Within occupational therapy ‘occupations’ encompass everything we do – self care, daily activities, work, leisure, hobbies, our life roles.
I am also interested in how our unique sensory processing needs and challenges relates to our participation in occupations and aim to support this understanding in others.
In My Own Words

I am interested in supporting my own intrinsic wisdom and that for others, I run a monthly group for girls moving into puberty to be a safe space to explore, celebrate their uniqueness and strengthen the connection to their inner knowing, something we all have if we can tap in a and listen.
I love to dance and move and wild swim. I am passionate about peoples right to be heard and valued within society and promote equality and celebration of difference.
